Returns, Refunds, Replacements & Exchanges Policy

At Eden Botanicals Inc., your satisfaction is our top priority. We’re committed to delivering clean, effective wellness and skincare solutions—and backing every order with a customer-first policy.


1. 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused and unopened, returned in their original packaging.

  • We do not accept returns on fully used products or items returned after 30 days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


2. Final Sale & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as Final Sale

  • Free items or promotional giveaways

  • Opened skincare tools or beauty devices (unless defective)

  • Perishable items or products with broken seals

  • Bulk or wholesale orders


3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll make it right with a free replacement.

To process your claim, we require:

  • A photo of the item and packaging

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue


4. How to Request a Return or Replacement

  1. Email refunds@edenbota.com with your order number, issue, and photos if applicable.

  2. Once approved, we’ll send return instructions and an RMA number.

  3. Ship the product back within 10 days of receiving your RMA.

  4. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt.


5. Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  • Eden Botanicals is not responsible for lost returns.


6. International Orders

All international orders are final sale unless the item is defective. We cannot offer refunds or replacements due to customs restrictions or refusal of entry.
